Winter Club Shop Information

The Shop: Winter Club Shop is a cooperative between The Hockey Island and Iceworks Pro Shop to provide Winter Club members with a platform to purchase club branded apparel and accessories. Winter Club Shop is open to club members, exclusively. For assistance relating to any orders or products in the shop, please contact info@thehockeyislandshop.com

Order Pickup: All products sold on the The Hockey Island's Winter Club shop can be picked up at the Iceworks Pro Shop; 175 Underhill Blvd; Syosset, NY 11791. Shop hours are: Monday - Friday 10-8 pm, Saturday - Sunday 10-6 pm. Please call ahead at 516-496-2910 for store hours on holidays. Members will receive an email confirmation once an order is prepared and ready for pickup.

Jersey Orders: Jerseys are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to produce. Jerseys will ship separately from other items in a single order. Jerseys ordered from the Winter Club Shop are not currently available for in store pickup. 

Returns: Apparel and accessories purchased from Winter Club shop can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are unused, contain the original tags, and are in the original packaging. To make a return or exchange, please email info@thehockeyislandshop.com . Jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged due to being custom pieces.
